Hugo Boss Writing Instruments Mechanical Warranty

Hugo Boss Writing Instruments and Accessories offers an international mechanical guarantee on its authentic writing instruments, which covers defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of two years from the date of purchase from an authorized Hugo Boss retailer.

Hugo Boss writing instruments are carefully designed with innovative material and precise workmanship, while being subject to detailed quality control.

Luxco Importers, Hugo Boss Writing Instruments and Accessories appointed RSA distribution shall have the right to determine if the component is defective and, at its option, replace it with a similar or equivalent item. For a replacement, the defective product must be returned to the nearest Hugo Boss Writing Instruments authorized service center at the customer's expense.

Any product which is covered under the terms of this warranty but is no longer in production will be replaced with a comparable Hugo Boss Writing Instrument product.

Two-Year Leather Warranty

All authentic Hugo Boss leather accessories are unquestionably guaranteed against defects in workmanship for two years from the date of purchase.

All Postage, processing fees and insurance are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are advised to obtain insurance against loss or damage when shipping the products. Sheaffer cannot replace components it does not receive, so kindly ensure you have proof of shipment.

Exclusions from warranty include

• Parts damaged by impact
• Unreasonable use or obvious abuse
• Damage caused by any accident, fire, theft, flood, or other causes beyond our control.
• Manipulations carried out by unauthorized or nonqualified repair/service personnel
• Damage caused by the use of refills or ink cartridges other than those produced by Hugo Boss
• Discoloration due to aging or other deterioration of the leather wrapping
• Materials which become worn in the course of normal use
• Logos, personalization, and other decorations
• Requests to change nib sizes cannot be accommodated as such modifications are not within the scope of this warranty
